Approach
Then we turn to designing the process. What is the core question? What mix of methods and tools will allow everyone to contribute their whole self and their best work? What flow and sequencing will support the kinds of collective generativity, decisions, and actions that are needed? What frameworks and principles will help create a container for deep reflection, emergent leadership, and courageous exploration of uncharted territory?
During the session, we help facilitate the process, ensuring participants have the inputs they need to engage in the conversation, and the optimal mix of structure and flexibility to elicit creativity and breakthrough thinking.

We ensure the meaning-making that emerges gets captured through whatever means are appropriate--from graphic recording to visual group methods, card or flip chart notes, photos, videos, tweets, websites, reports, and strategic documents. Finally, we work with you to share the results of the work within the system and to plan next steps.

“Natalie Zend demonstrated great expertise, considerable experience and a lot of flexibility in carrying out an analysis of the situation of children in Togo. She was able to adapt to various requests made by UNICEF-Togo and its partners in the course of the process. Her design and writing skills, her professionalism and her ingeniousness allowed the Togo office to benefit from a quality document designed and developed in a participatory way and validated by the Steering Committee.” [testimonial translated by Natalie]
